Victor is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has more than thirty years combined internal audit, external audit and financial management experience. Having previously worked for a big 4 audit firm, Victor has also worked in the private and public sectors in Zambia, Botswana and South Africa.
Webster Nyirenda, FCCA, FZICA

Webster is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). He brings more than twenty five (25) years external audit and financial management experience. Having previously worked for big 4 audit firms, Webster has also gained considerable experience in the private sector.
Brenda C. Ngulube
Director
Brenda heads the Tax Advisory Division of Acuitas. She is a qualified accountant and tax inspector having trained in Zambia and the United Kingdom. Brenda has previously worked in the Zambia Revenue Authority before moving on to set up and develop the tax department of a local firm of Chartered Certified Accountants.
